Customer service representative is not an easy job, specially for those who just graduated. The main responsibility if the customer service representative is support and provide clients of the company with all the information regarding the products or services. Also, this position includes: solving clients complaints and part of help-desk. If client faced any issues with creating an account or cant sign in, it would be your part of responsibilities to help client in solving these problems.
Customer support representatives
Some company, which sell they products often hire customer support representatives to help them manage sales process and support customers. What would you do here? You’ll be responsible for clients satisfaction rate and will do a part of pre-sale and sale activities. You will support clients on the all stages: from the moment of purchasing a product till the full support of this product. Also, you will be a bridge in communication between tech specialists and customers.
